Lavender & Liberty: A 1776 Farm Dinner Immersion Experience

Celebrate Valentine’s Day with an evening that blends history, flavor, and the calming spirit of lavender. Join George and Martha Washington, Alexander and Eliza Hamilton, and other Revolutionary-era guests for a memorable night featuring live music, passed appetizers, and a beautifully crafted three-course meal paired with your choice of wine, cider, or beer from our tasting room.

Between each course, enjoy an engaging program that brings early American stories to life, including the often-overlooked role lavender played in the daily rhythms of our nation’s Founders.

Our main entrée selections include gourmet pork or salmon, thoughtfully prepared to create a comforting, elevated dining experience.

Families are welcome. With an add-on ticket, children can enjoy their own evening of crafts, games, and music led by JMU education majors, along with a kid-friendly meal. (Children 4 & up.  No infant/toddler care; Child Ticket Option will appear when added to cart.)
