Lavender Whipped Cream
Perfect with berries, pies, cakes, pancakes, waffles, or hot chocolate.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cold heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon lavender simple syrup
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Directions
- Chill a mixing bowl before beginning.
- Beat the heavy cream until it begins to thicken.
- Add the powdered sugar, lavender simple syrup, and vanilla.
- Continue whipping until soft peaks form.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for several hours.
