Lavender Tea
Sometimes the simplest recipes become the most comforting rituals.
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon White Oak Lavender Farm Culinary Lavender
- 8 ounces hot water (about 200°F)
- Honey, if desired
- Lemon slice, optional
Directions
- Place the culinary lavender into a tea infuser or teapot.
- Pour hot water over the lavender.
- Steep for 5–7 minutes.
- Remove the lavender.
- Sweeten with honey or add a slice of lemon if desired.
