Dragonfly

This soft blend of Traminette and Chardonnay is floral on the nose and begins with lavender and honey and finishes with a smooth spiciness, a characteristic from Traminette's Gewurztraminer parent.  It pairs beautifully with our lavender salmon recipe, sushi and most seafood.
